Game Description
This game can be played in teams over several rounds. In each round, one member from each team faces off against the others.
- Place a wooden log on the ground or on a flat surface (it needs to be sturdy)
- Pre-drill nails a few inches apart, ensuring they are deep enough to stand upright.
- Prepare either a hammer to be passed around or provide one hammer per team.
Variation: Players can take turns hitting the nail only if they answer a question correctly. You can use general knowledge questions or more specific themed questions.
Necessary accessories
- A log or a large round piece of wood. Note that it might not be easy to find for purchase, in that case, a stack of boards can definitely do the trick !
- 1 hammer or, preferably, as many hammers as there are teams
- A set of large nails (at least 2 per person)
For each round
The first player to fully hammer in their nail scores a point.
You can continue until 2, 3, or more players have completely driven their nails in. Do note, these players will score progressively lower points.
End of the game
At the end of each round, tally the scores. Victory is achieved either by the first team to win 3 rounds or by accumulating the scores for each team, counting the points each player has earned. This way, all players have played their rounds
